Welcome to Day 4 of the 7-Day Challenge. At this point, you are most likely past the worst of the cravings, caffeine withdrawals, and your appetite is getting better (you’re less likely to feel like overeating by now). This is when you’ll also start seeing incredible boosts in your energy.

Thanks to everyone. This is my first really successful diet, and I’m enjoying the improved cognitive function, energy and I like that my sleep rhythm is changing.

To those of you starting, just keep it up! This really works. You’ll go up and down in stats and subjective experience, but if you stick to the program closely it works. I have lots of health challenges, but improving liver function seems foundational to better health. My liver enzymes are back to normal and I’ve learned a lot on this program.
